I am very grateful for the wonderful experience I had completing my Diploma in Community Services. Donna was an amazing trainer who was always supportive, encouraging, and dedicated throughout my studies. She provided excellent guidance and made me feel motivated and confident to continue working towards my goals. I truly appreciated her patience, understanding, and commitment to helping me succeed. Completing my diploma is a very proud achievement for me, and I’m thankful to have had such a positive learning experience. I had a really positive experience completing my Diploma through this provider. The learning resources were comprehensive, easy to follow, and gave me everything I needed to complete the course successfully. My trainer was always approachable, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Whenever I had questions, I received helpful replies very quickly, which made studying much less stressful. I was also impressed by how quickly assessments were marked—most were returned within 24 hours, along with constructive feedback that helped me continue progressing through the course. Overall, the course was well organised, well supported, and delivered to a high standard. I would definitely recommend this provider to anyone considering further study in the community services sector.

I was juggling two jobs while studying, so there were times when it took me a few days to get back to her, but she was always patient and understanding. Completing the CHC43515 Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work, with Aspire to Succeed was an absolute pleasure. Even though the course is designed to run for a year, I was able to work completely at my own pace and finish it within four months, which suited me perfectly. The support I received throughout the course was incredible. Sarah, who ran the Zoom sessions, was especially helpful, always patient, always encouraging, and always willing to guide me through anything I needed.
