I recently completed my induction with Trainer Donna, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, she created such a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment that immediately put me at ease. During the induction and Zoom session, I felt completely comfortable. Donna explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure everyone understood the process and expectations. I’m truly grateful for the experience and highly recommend Donna to anyone beginning their path.

The support provided throughout the course was a real strength — whenever I needed guidance or clarification, the team was approachable, responsive, and supportive. The self-paced, online format was a major benefit. It allowed me to study flexibly around full-time employment and parent life, without added pressure. Being able to work at my own pace made it possible to balance study with other responsibilities. Having prior life experience was definitely beneficial and helped me get the most out of the learning. She consistently goes above and beyond, always making herself available whenever I needed guidance, reassurance or clarity. I recently had my induction Zoom with Donna from Aspire to Succeed, and it was exactly what I needed. Before the session I was feeling a bit hesitant and overwhelmed after looking through the student portal and handbook, but Donna changed that completely. She explained everything so clearly and in a way that made sense to me, which gave me the confidence to navigate through the student portal and understand how the assessments and resources work. Donna was very down to earth and spoke to me like a normal person, which I really appreciated. She also reassured me that I can reach out and annoy her anytime if I need help, which made me feel a lot better knowing I can actually ask for help and won’t be left on seen. I left the induction feeling well informed, motivated and excited to get started on my diploma. I even feel confident about joining the weekly Zoom sessions, which I was nervous about before lol The induction was uplifting, positive, and gave me the push I needed to start this journey on the right foot. Thank you, Donna, for making the process so easy and encouraging. I’m really looking forward to what’s ahead.

I’ve now completed the cert 4 in mental health course. A huge thank you to both Dale and Donna who helped me with zoom classes and study feedback as my tutors. The online portal is easy to navigate.
