  • Diploma of Community Services – Online I’ve just completed my Diploma of Community Services online through Aspire to Succeed and found it to be a great experience overall. Already working in the community sector, I really appreciated how the course content aligned with real-world practice, making it both relevant and practical. The flexibility to work through it at my own pace was perfect for me, as I was able to complete the diploma independently around my existing job. While I didn’t attend live sessions, the resources were clear, and my trainer Donna was always responsive and supportive when I needed help or feedback. Highly recommend Aspire to Succeed for anyone working in the sector or looking for a flexible way to build their skills and knowledge.

  • 5 Stars – Highly Recommend! I completed my Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged & Disability) through Aspire To Succeed and had an incredible experience from start to finish! Sonya was the best trainer, always supportive, encouraging, and available whenever I needed extra guidance. She made the course feel achievable and was a big part of my success. Kacey was also amazing when it came to organising my placement. Even when there was a slight hiccup and I needed to be placed somewhere else, she sorted it quickly and made sure I was still supported the whole way through. I would recommend Aspire To succeed to anyone wanting to pursue higher education. If I ever need to do another course they offer, I would go back without hesitation!

  • Aspire to Succeed is a wonderful place to gain qualifications, the staff are excellent, real people who welcome all students and really help individuals achieve their goals. The classes are engaging, fun, challenging and valid. I personally loved doing a Cert 3 in individual support and I would definitely study with them again. They are organised in the way they operate and get you ready for working in your chosen field.

  • Highly recommend studying with Aspire to Succeed. I have been studying with the company for a few years now and it has been a rewarding and transformative journey. Just over three years ago I was accepted for a position as a disability support worker and began studying my Certificate 111 Individual Support Disability. This course provided me with the knowledge I needed while I gained industry experience. While working in the industry I identified I was required to study mental health further as most of my clients had a psychosocial disability or mental health comorbidities. I enrolled to study the Mental Health IV and this assisted me to provide a better quality service to my clients. After working in supported independent living I discovered I had a passion for mentoring new staff coming into the industry like myself initially. I was very confident in my abilities and I believe educating myself further was what enabled this. I really enjoyed studying and decided to take the next step by enrolling in the Diploma of Community Services with Donna Bailey. Donna has been amazing! I found Donna to be down to earth, supportive, encouraging and always positive. She is able to provide real life examples for learnings in depth and answer any questions you may have to assist with understanding. Donna does not over complicate the study process and has a great sense of humour. Anyone choosing to study with her will no doubt have an enjoyable experience while also being successful at achieving their study goals. I have now completed my Diploma of Community Services and received an excellence award for the mental health unit which I am extremely proud of. I have also recently been promoted at work as a Team Leader in Supported Independent Living. I cannot thank Aspire to Succeed, all of my trainers, in particular Donna Bailey for helping me achieve my study and career goals! The only negative I feel is that this journey has now come to an end. I look forward to Aspire to Succeed offering a Diploma in Mental Health in the future.

  • After successfully completing two courses with Aspire to Succeed (ATS), I can attest that this RTO certainly lives up to its name. Trainers were competent and supportive; courses are quality and practical; caring admin staff; very competitive pricing; and unlimited supply of tea and coffee. I now have two jobs in the care industry, thank you ATS for ensuring I was job-ready. A special shout out to trainer Thessa who introduced me to Aspire courses and for keeping me motivated throughout my study. For others who are aspiring to succeed and looking for a quality RTO, give ATS a go.

  • This company was fantastic to deal with in every way. The response turnaround was so fast and you have help whenever it is needed. Your units are given to you at once so you can work through them as fast as you would like. I have just finished my cert 4 in Leisure and Health and it was so easy to navigate through the course. A wonderful study experience and i will return if I need any further qualifications. Thank you to everyone at Aspire :)
