Is there really a free plan?+
Yes. The free plan is permanent, includes unlimited widget views, and ships star rich snippet schema so you can qualify for Google's review rich results without paying.
What counts as a review source?+
A review source is one listing on Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, TripAdvisor or Facebook. Merging Google + Trustpilot into one widget uses two review sources.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?+
If a paid plan doesn't work out within the first 14 days, email support@reviewswidget.app and we'll refund in full — no forms.
Do prices include taxes?+
Prices are shown ex-tax. Local sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where applicable based on your billing country.
Which plan do agencies need?+
Agencies typically pick the Agency plan for unlimited sites and white-labelling. If you only manage one client, Pro is usually enough — you can white-label later by upgrading.
