Terms of Service

You must provide accurate details when signing up and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis in AUD.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Upgrades take effect immediately, with the price adjusted for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
• Applicable taxes are added where required.

You can cancel at any time from your account area. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. If something has gone wrong with your subscription, contact support@reviewswidget.app and we will work with you to put it right. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

The free plan includes a limited number of reviews and widgets. Plan limits are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice. Fair-use limits apply to prevent abuse of shared resources.

You agree not to:

• Publish fake, incentivised or misleading reviews through the manual review form.
• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, resell or overload the service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate a business you are not authorised to represent.

You are responsible for making sure the reviews you display are presented accurately and comply with the consumer-protection rules that apply to you.

Review content originates from third-party platforms — Google, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Yelp, Facebook, Booking.com, Airbnb, Amazon, ProductReview.com.au, G2, Etsy, Capterra, App Store, Google Play, Expedia, OpenTable and eBay — and remains subject to those platforms' own terms. Availability, formatting and completeness of that content can change without notice, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any particular source.

By adding a source you confirm that:

• You own or are authorised to represent the listing, product, property or shop whose reviews you display.
• You will not remove, hide or obscure the platform attribution, logos or links back to the original reviews that the widget renders.
• You will not edit review content, or filter reviews in a way that creates a misleading impression of the overall feedback.

We may disable, limit or remove a source at any time if a platform's terms, a rights holder or applicable law requires it.

Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC. Trustpilot is a trademark of Trustpilot A/S. Tripadvisor is a trademark of Tripadvisor LLC. Yelp is a trademark of Yelp Inc. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Booking.com is a trademark of Booking.com B.V. Airbnb is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. ProductReview.com.au is a trademark of ProductReview.com.au Pty Ltd. G2 is a trademark of G2.com, Inc. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. All other platform names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Reviews Widget is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or certified by any of these platforms. Platform names and logos are used only to identify the source of the reviews being displayed.

We own the service, its software and branding. You keep ownership of your content and configuration, and grant us the licence needed to host and display it as part of the service.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or change features over time.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users. You can close your account at any time from the account area.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the dashboard, and the date above will be updated.
