Getting more scans
- Ask out loud as well. A card on its own gets ignored; a card handed over with “if today was good, this takes 30 seconds” converts far better.
- Place it at the happy moment. After the haircut, with the dessert, in the delivery box — not stapled to the invoice you post two weeks later.
- Test the print. Scan the finished card with an iPhone and an Android before ordering hundreds.
- Close the loop. Reply to what comes in with the review response generator.

Frequently asked questions
How do I make a Google review card?+
Search for your business above to pull in your direct write-a-review link, choose your wording, theme and format, then download the print-ready PNG. The QR code is built into the artwork, so customers scan it and land straight on the review box.
What size should a review card be?+
The landscape counter card is designed for a standard 105 × 60 mm card holder, the A6 flyer matches 105 × 148 mm, and the square option suits a 100 × 100 mm sticker. All downloads are high resolution, so they stay crisp when printed at 100% scale.
Where should I put review cards?+
Wherever the customer is happiest: the counter or reception desk, inside the invoice or receipt folder, in the delivery box, on the back of a business card, on table talkers in a cafe, or on the tradie's van window. The closer to the moment of good service, the better the response rate.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?+
You need a verified Google Business Profile for the review link to exist. If we can't find your business in the search above, claim or verify your profile first, then come back — the link will appear straight away.
Is it against Google's rules to ask for reviews?+
Asking is fine and Google encourages it. What is not allowed is review gating (only asking happy customers), offering incentives in exchange for reviews, or writing reviews on a customer's behalf. Ask everyone, the same way, every time.
Can I use this for platforms other than Google?+
Yes. Paste any review link — Trustpilot, Facebook, TripAdvisor, ProductReview.com.au or your own review page — into the link field and the card is built around it.
