White-label review widgets for agencies
White-label Google review software lets an agency show client reviews with no vendor branding, in each client's own style. Look for branding removal, per-client widgets, many review sources, custom styling and limited client access. Pricing should scale with the number of clients.
What is white-label Google review software?
White-label Google review software is a review tool an agency can use on client sites without the vendor's name appearing. The widget looks like part of the site you built: the client's colours, fonts and reviews, and no "powered by" link.
For agencies, that matters for three reasons. It keeps the handover clean. It stops a vendor link sitting in every client footer. And it lets you package reviews as part of your own service.

- Predictable pricing that scales with client numbers.
How Reviews Widget handles white-label for agencies
No vendor branding on paid plans
Free widgets show a small Powered by Reviews Widget credit. Every paid plan removes it. Widgets render inside an isolated container, so the client's site styles don't break them and they don't affect the client's site.
One widget per client, with every source
Each widget can combine a client's Google, Trustpilot, Facebook and other profiles, with 17 platforms supported. See how this works on the reviews widget for agencies page.
Styled to each client's brand
Choose from 24 layouts, set colours and corners, and pick fonts or use Match my website. Preview each widget at phone, tablet and desktop sizes before you hand it over. More on customisation.
Client access to their own enquiries
If you add a Contact Widget with quote requests, you can invite the client to view their own submissions. They can't see other clients or change any settings.
White-label review software pricing by client count
Agency pricing should follow the number of client widgets you run. Our Grow plans are priced in Australian dollars, including tax:
| Plan | Widgets | Price (AUD/month) |
|---|---|---|
| Grow | 5 | A$15 |
| Grow Plus | 10 | A$30 |
| Grow Business | 20 | A$60 |
| Grow Business 50 | 50 | A$150 |
| Grow Business 100 | 100 | A$300 |
| Grow Business 200 | 200 | A$600 |
Every Grow plan includes all sources and layouts, no review limit, daily refresh and no branding. Annual billing and the latest prices are on the pricing page.
Client handover tips
- Name each widget after the client and site so it's easy to find.
- Check the widget on a phone before sign-off.
- Give the client a review link or QR code so new reviews keep coming in.
- Never buy, filter or incentivise reviews; it breaks Google's policies.
