Why a Chat Thread review widget builds trust
Chat Thread shows genuine reviews as alternating speech bubbles with date chips, avatars, verified ticks, star ratings and reaction badges. A typing indicator periodically turns into the next review, and owner replies appear as messages from your business.
It suits landing pages, checkout pages and service pages where a full grid would feel heavy. The split arrangement adds a headline, your overall rating and a button beside the chat.
