For agents and agencies
Real estate agent testimonials that win the listing
A vendor choosing between three agents is choosing between three people, not three commission rates. They will read what previous sellers said about communication, negotiation and the week the campaign went quiet — and they will read it on their phone before they book a single appraisal.

Why vendors choose on testimonials
Selling a home is infrequent, high value and emotionally loaded, so vendors lean heavily on other sellers' accounts. Detailed testimonials naming the suburb, the campaign and the result persuade far more than a star average, because they let a vendor picture their own sale.
One widget per agent, one per office
Build a separate widget for each agent and embed it on their profile page, then run an office-wide widget on the homepage. Vendors shortlist people, so agent-level proof converts better than a single agency-wide grid on every page.
| Widget | Where it goes | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Office widget | Homepage, about, contact | All sources aggregated with the office rating header |
| Agent widget | Each agent profile page | That agent's reviews, list or masonry layout |
| Suburb widget | Suburb and area landing pages | Reviews from sales in that area |
| Appraisal widget | Sell with us / free appraisal page | Compact list directly above the enquiry form |
| Sitewide badge | Every page | Floating star badge with the office rating |
Which platforms to connect
- Google Business Profile — the base layer for the office and, where they exist, individual agent profiles.
- Facebook — strong for community-focused agents and local page followings.
- Property portal agent ratings — where vendors do their shortlisting in most markets.
- On-site testimonials — for past vendors happy to write something but not to post publicly.
Combining sources is covered in multi-platform reviews.
Placement on an agency site
The appraisal page is the one that matters. A vendor reaching it has already decided to sell and is choosing who with — put a compact list of your strongest recent testimonials directly above the form, with the write-a-review button in the footer so settled clients can add theirs.
Collecting testimonials after settlement
Ask on settlement day, while the outcome is fresh and the relationship is at its warmest. A single message with a direct link to your review form outperforms a request buried in a post-settlement pack.
For sellers who prefer not to post publicly, the on-site review form captures a written testimonial that waits for your approval before it appears — see manual reviews and moderation.
