Before you embed: collect reviews worth showing
A widget showing two old reviews hurts more than it helps. Build your direct Google review link, print a scan-to-review card for your counter, and check your setup with the review audit checklist. Not sure which layout to embed? Take the 30-second widget chooser.
Frequently asked questions
How do I embed Google reviews on my website?+
Three steps: sign up on the free plan, add your Google reviews in the widget builder, and paste the two-line snippet it generates into your site where the reviews should appear. The snippet is the same for every platform — only the place you paste it differs, which is why this page gives per-platform install instructions.
What is the difference between the script and iframe embed?+
The script embed renders the reviews as part of your page: it inherits your fonts, auto-sizes to its content and is crawlable by Google, which means it can contribute to star rich snippets. The iframe embed works on platforms that strip JavaScript, but its content is not indexed as part of your page. Use the script unless your platform blocks it.
Will the embed slow down my website?+
No. The script loads asynchronously, so it never blocks your page from rendering, and the widget itself is a few kilobytes. It is deliberately lighter than all-in-one review plugins that bundle dozens of integrations you never use.
Can I embed reviews from Tripadvisor, Facebook or other platforms?+
Yes — multi-source widgets can combine Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor and other platforms into one embed. Multi-source import is a paid feature; the free plan focuses on Google reviews.
Where on my page should I put the reviews?+
Wherever a visitor is deciding whether to trust you: beside your contact form, under your services, or on your homepage just above the footer. Our guide on where to place reviews on your website walks through the highest-converting spots.
