Review poster generator
Make a printable "scan to review us" poster with your own QR code — A4 for the wall, A5 for the counter or a square table card. Edit every line, choose a theme, then download a PNG or print straight to PDF.
Printing tips that actually matter
- Test the QR code with your own phone before you print fifty copies.
- Keep the code at least 30 mm wide on a table card and 60 mm on an A4 poster.
- Print the light theme on plain paper — dark backgrounds eat ink and scan less reliably.
- Laminate anything going on a counter or a shopfront window.
Then show those reviews on your website
Collect them on Google, display them on your site automatically — free to start, no code needed.

Frequently asked questions
How do I make a scan-to-review poster?+
Paste your review link, type your business name and headline, choose A4, A5 or a square table card, then download the PNG or print straight to PDF. The QR code is generated from your link in the browser, so the poster is ready in under a minute.
Where should I put the poster?+
Wherever the customer is already standing still and happy: the counter beside the card machine, the waiting room wall, the back of the toilet door, the table card, or inside the delivery box. Proximity to the moment of satisfaction matters more than size.
What should the headline say?+
Keep it short, human and specific to the moment — 'Enjoyed your visit?', 'How did we do today?', 'Happy with the job?'. Avoid asking only for five stars; steering customers towards positive ratings breaches Google's policies and can get reviews removed.
Do QR codes for Google reviews expire?+
No. The QR code simply encodes your review link, so it keeps working as long as that link does. Reprint only if you change your business name on the profile or move to a new listing.
Can I print it as a PDF?+
Yes. Choose Print or save as PDF and pick 'Save as PDF' in your browser's print dialogue. The A4 and A5 canvases are sized at print proportions so they fill the page cleanly.
Does it work for Trustpilot, Facebook or Airbnb?+
Yes. The QR code is built from whatever link you paste, so any platform's review URL works — Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, ProductReview, Booking.com or your own on-site review form.
